Payment Details
We offer a wide range of payment options at checkout, including several financing services to make your purchase more convenient. Financing options are available only in qualified locations. A receipt for your item will be provided once we complete the order with the manufacturer.
For customers who choose Cash on Delivery (COD), we require a non-refundable 33% Service Fee of the total order. The Service Fee covers part of our fee and upfront expenses such as customs clearance and import duties, which we manage on your behalf.
🔐COD is available only in countries serviced by our delivery partners: Speedy, Econt, or One Express. Please confirm that your country is supported before selecting this option.
Once your order is placed, we’ll provide the necessary payment details for Service Fee; We'll either create a custom order for you to fulfill the Service Fee amount or offer you an option to send it through EasyPay, Revolut, PayPal, etc. You’ll have 48 hours to pay the Service Fee. If the Service Fee is not received within that time frame, the order will be canceled, and future orders may be blocked. We will provide you with a receipt of this payment along with the balance due upon receiving the item.
The Service Fee will be deducted from your final balance, so you’ll only need to pay the remaining amount upon delivery. If you refuse delivery or fail to pay the remaining balance, the Service Fee will not be refunded.
Service Fee Payment Options:
- Revolut Transfer: The Service Fee amount will be 33% of your total order.
- USDT/USDC Transfer: The Service Fee amount will be 33% of your total order.
- Wire Transfer: The Service Fee amount will be 33% of your total order (expect to pay additional transfer fees as applicable).
- Money Transfer/EasyPay: The Service Fee amount will be 33% of your total order (expect to pay additional transfer fees as applicable).
- Credit/Debit Card: The Service Fee amount will be 33% of your total order (expect to pay additional transfer fees as applicable).
Note: Additional Transfer Fees range from 0-5% of the total order.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer Free Standard Shipping with a delivery estimate of 20–35 business days.
Need your items sooner?
We offer Luxury Shipping (1-2 business days) and Express Shipping for smaller products, with delivery estimated at 10 business days. The cost for this service is calculated at checkout based on the product’s size and total weight.
🔐 If you choose COD, the shipping and customs fees must be paid in advance before we can ship your order, which is why we collect the Service Fee. This processes is fully described in the Payment section above.
For custom products or special requests, expedited shipping quotes are available upon request after we’ve reviewed the item details.
Our Process
We understand the wait may feel long, but every step is in place to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Here's what happens behind the scenes:
1. Ordering & Verification
We source your specific product from the manufacturer and inspect it to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility.
Note: We cannot guarantee the condition of items that customers do not allow us to open for inspection—e.g., iPhones, watches, glasses. As we specialize in luxury items, it is the customer’s decision whether to permit inspection.
2. Customs Clearance
Our prices include customs clearance—we handle all paperwork and coordination, however, customs agencies may occasionally require a physical inspection. In such cases, we must comply fully to ensure successful delivery.
3. Shipping to You
Once customs clearance is complete, your item is securely shipped to you via a local delivery partner.
4. Product Warranty
Warranty for each product is as specified in the Manufacturer's website. Most products have a 1 year standard warranty unless additional warranty is purchased.
Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, we guarantee Express Shipping within 10 business days of the product’s official release date. Orders placed after the pre-order window will follow our standard shipping timelines, as outlined above. Cancellations for pre-orders are permitted up to the release date of the product.
Returns
Due to the nature of our services, all return requests must be directed to the product manufacturer. We are not responsible for handling returns, and customers will need to coordinate directly with the manufacturer for assistance.
